I want to get better gas mileage. If there is one available, where can it be found and how much does it usually cost?

My Truck has 118,000 miles on it and it is in excellent mechanical condition. I just want to try to get better gas mileage since gas is .85 a gallon were I live. My truck is not a everyday driver. Would changing to a better oil help? Maybe a Synthetic or blend.

My dad says these cars are safer, but do you think these cars are too big for a 5' 2 " girl ? I like the extra room so you can put school books and stuff, and maybe it would be better when I don't want people to know if I smell after the gym . I don't care about gas mileage because I have a credit card but I think it my be to hard to drive and find a parking spot . Is it hard to get a fake handicap permit ?

i have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 quad cab with the 5.7 hemi engine. i want to increase the gas mileage i was told to add a dual exhaust, new computer chip and swap-out the aire filter in-take.

I like the Hummer H3, it seems to be a little better then its relatives, gas mileage wise, but what are other vehicles like an H3 that is also around the same price?

My old soccer coach has a Hummer. He was telling me how he was going to put a turbo on it. He said by doing this he would get more HP and better gas mileage. I asked him to explain how that is possible. He told me by slamming more air into the pistons the fuel burns cleaner and explodes better. So it increases efficiency with a boost of power. Is this possible?
