Dodge ram 1500 single cab dual whips (diesel electronics)

I need to drain my fuel tank on my DIESEL 1999 dodge ram truck and do not know how exactly to go about it. It has a plastic tank and a mechanic told me not to let the fuel pump pump it out when I remove the filter because it would burn up the pump.

These seats would be for a 1998 dodge quad cab, 3/4 ton diesel pick up truck. Other year seat models may work, I'm not sure. Could you some help locating these seats.

Where is the best place on the internet (besides e-bay) to find a truck? I am looking for a 2001-2003 dodge ram2500 or 3500. HAS to have the following. 5.9 high output diesel, 5 or 6 speed(6 pref.), extended cab, short bed(NO LONGBED!!!), 4X4, NON-DUALLY, NO WHITE OR RED, prefered colors in order SILVER, BLUE, BLACK, BURGANDY, GREEN.
